THE DELHI (CONTROL OF BUILDING OPERATIONS) CONTINUANCE ACT, 1956 Act No.98 of 1956

An Act to continue the Delhi (Control of Building Operations) Act, 1955, for a further period. [29th December, 1956] Be it enacted by Parliament in the Seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1.Short title.- This Act may be called the Delhi (Control of Building Operations) Continuance Act, 1956. 2.Amendment of section I.- In sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Delhi (Control of Building Operations) Act, 1955 (53 OF 1955), for the figures, letters and words '1st day of January, 1957', the figures, letters and words '1st day of January, 1958' shall be substituted.
